The back guard is the problem... it is too flimsy and high??? It totally distracts my motion of getting onto the bike as it gets in the way as my leg will hit it!!! To avoid it I have to raise my leg as high as possible (Im 5'8) Poor design, I've seen better bike mudguard that's lower and firm. Decathlon please do something about this.. -.-

I suspect that the mudguard have been installed too high on the seat post. You can try lower the position of the mudguard and see how it goes!
