the app instruction is confused the user. there is a stock in the shop, however, when i chosen to pick up the product by myself, im wonder i chosen the 1 hour pick up service. then i tried to contact the shop and ask for assistant but cant reach, the phone seems turned off. and i went to the shop directly and saw not many customers (11am that time), front desk staffs were chatting happily, who care the phone call? then the staff told me i had to pick up the product when received the e-mail that told me to do so. i counter checked, there was a stock in the shop, wth! finally it took me whole day to pick up the product since i confirmed the order.
