TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE JOYFUL WINTERTIME GIVEAWAY

1. This event is organised by Decathlon Hong Kong Company Limited (“Decathlon HK”). The promotion period starts at 0:00 AM on 1 December 2023 and ends at 11:59 PM on 31st December 2023.
2. To be eligible for the giveaway, the participant must be aged 18 or above and be a Decathlon One member (business accounts are not eligible).
3. Members must spend HK$350 or more in a single transaction at Decathlon online store or any Decathlon store to qualify for the lucky draw. Combined receipts will not be accepted.
4. Members may register a maximum of 1 entry per day and have a maximum of 31 entries to the giveaway event during the event period.
5. Each valid membership ID may win not more than 1 time and 1 prize only.
6. Any return or cancellation of the transaction within the event period shall result in forfeiture of the entry to the giveaway event.
7. The results of the giveaway will be posted in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 8 January 2024. Winners will also be informed via phone.
8. Prizes are to be redeemed at Decathlon Mong Kok Store. Members will need to present his/her Hong Kong Identity Card or Passport for verification.
9. The prize is non-exchangeable for cash.
10. Please read and accept our Privacy Policy before participating in the giveaway.
11. Employees of Decathlon Hong Kong and their family members will not be eligible to participate in this event.
12. Decathlon Hong Kong has the sole discretion in determining the game mechanism, game rules, participants' list, eligibility, prizes and any dates and times in relation to this event.
13. These terms and conditions are prepared in English and Chinese. In case of any conflict or discrepancy between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
