Terms and Conditions of Gift Card

By purchasing this Gift Card, you accept to be bound by the following terms and conditions:-

"we" and "us" mean Decathlon Hong Kong Company Limited; "you" means the person who purchases and/or possesses this Gift Card; and "person" means an individual, partnership, firm, company, association, trust, unincorporated organization or other entity. 

This Gift Card is redeemable against purchase in one or more transactions of goods in any store or on decathlon.com.hk until the balance is zero. Purchase in excess of the balance of this Gift Card may be settled with cash, credit card, e-commerce payment system or another Gift Card. 

This Gift Card is not refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. This Gift Card has no value unless redeemed.  

The risk of loss and title for this Gift Card pass to you upon our electronic transmission or any other method of delivery of this Gift Card to you or designated recipient. You shall maintain secure possession of this Gift Card and keep the PIN code secret all the time. We are not responsible for this Gift Card which is lost, stolen or destroyed. 

This Gift Card shall be valid for twenty-four (24) calendar months from the date of its issuance.

We reserve the right, without notice to you, to void this Gift Card including its balance without a refund, suspend or terminate any user account on decathlon.com.hk ("User Account"), suspend or terminate the ability to purchase on decathlon.com.hk or in any stores, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that this Gift Card is obtained, used or applied to any User Account fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions hereof. 

If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of the terms and conditions hereof, the English version shall prevail. 

Notwithstanding any other provision of the terms and conditions hereof, any person other than you shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (the "Ordinance") to enforce any terms and conditions hereof. This does not affect, however, any right or remedy of such third party which exists or is available apart from that Ordinance. 

The terms and conditions hereof are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Both we and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts in any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with the terms and conditions hereof. 

We reserve the right to amend, alter, change or repeal any provision contained in these Terms and Conditions unilaterally at any time.
