Choosing your anti-uv top for surfing

Anti-UV T-shirts are designed to protect you against the sun's rays. Some anti-UV T-shirts and tops are available in thermal and neoprene versions to reduce that cold feeling when you stay in the water for a long time.

Olaian surfing anti-UV T-shirt

All our anti-UV clothes are UPF 50+ to guarantee the best possible protection against the sun. Even when they are wet, they filter out more than 95% of UV rays. The tighter the fit, the less you will be irritated by your movements when paddling and by friction with the board. Anti-UV tops are also available in thermal versions (fleece interior) and neoprene versions to reduce that cold feeling.

The specific textile and water-repellent treatment allows the water to escape through the mesh, for ultra-fast drying. Consequently, the chill factor due to the wind is reduced significantly.

The loose cut makes for comfort of use when you stay on the beach. Loose water T-shirts are also much easier to slip on, so they are ideal for kids.

The neoprene in a 2/2 mm or 3/2 mm surfing wetsuit is 2 or 3 mm thick on the legs and 2 mm thick on the arms.

You can opt for a full-body or a shorty wetsuit. The shorty version offers greater freedom of movement and greater comfort in surfing manoeuvres.
