Why and when should I wear compression socks?
Compression socks help you prepare for training and competition. They are worn before or after a workout, ideally after at least after at least 90 minutes, or several hours, or even an entire day if the session has been particularly intense. Compression socks are also suitable for long trips, when sitting in a train, plane or car.
How to choose the right size
Choose your shoe size, then your size (S, M or L) according to your calf circumference. For greater accuracy, measure your calf size, where it is thicker, using a tape measure. Once the measurements are taken, please refer to our size guide to choose your compression socks: Size S-calf size: 30 / 34 CM (11.8 / 13.38 IN)
Size M - calf size: 34 / 38 CM (13.4 / 14.96 IN)
Size L - tour calf size: 38 / 42 CM (15 / 16.51 IN)
How to wear compression socks
Roll the sock, place it on the toes, then pull it on to the heel. Carefully unroll with both hands over the ankles and up to the knees. Finally, adjust the calf to prevent any folds.

What are the precautions?
These compression socks are not a medical device. In case of venous disease, we recommend speaking to your doctor.
A few tips for optimising your recovery:
For optimal recovery, you should also use massage accessories (roller, ball, stick, belt, gun, etc.) or an electro-stimulation device.
Good nutrition also improves recovery. Choose some recovery drinks, protein bars, etc. See the articles on our Aptonia.fr website for more tips.
