These men's running shoes were designed with a single goal:to minimise the risk of injuries by maximising the cushioning of the product.A study was carried out by Decathlon in 2018 to determine the cause-and-effect relationship between a lack of cushioning and injuries.The result was clear:25% fewer injured runners with the use of a flexible shoe.This led to the creation of the FLOW range, focusing on the preference index of soft cushioning.

A NATURAL STRIDE THANKS TO ITS DROP
'Drop' is the difference between the height of the back (heel) and front (forefoot) of the shoe. Unlike the 10-millimetre drop offered by running brands, KALENJI decided to offer a 4-millimetre drop on its Jogflow 500.1.The goal? To encourage runners to strike the ground using the forefoot to help them adopt a more natural stride and reduce the risk of injury.

To preserve your men's running shoes, it is essential to look after them properly.We advise you to avoid machine washing, which could cause the stitches to detach, shrink or tear.Instead, use soapy water and scrub with a small synthetic brush, but never use bleach! After rinsing with fresh water, dry your shoes away from a direct source of heat.

We recommend choosing a size larger than your usual size so that there is 1 cm between your toe and the end of the shoe.This extra room is to allow for your feet swelling up during exercise. Don't forget to jog around the shop to test the shoe properly and check that the foot stops on the way down.
