- check their shoe size, as this can change quickly, and try the shoes on if possible

We recommend regularly checking the size of your child's feet. Kids tend to grow in spurts.
If their shoes are too big or too small, this can affect their growth and cause back problems or other issues at a later date.
Make sure that your child wears basketball-specific socks that reduce rubbing in the areas that are most likely to get rubbed.
