Why should you use a magnet attachment for your water bladder?
When using a water bladder in the middle of a race, it is not always easy to find the bit valve to take a quick drink. The magnetic tube attachment will let you attach or detach the tube and bite valve of your water bladder in just one movement. You can thus always keep an eye on the trail and won't have to hunt around for your pipette - it will become easy and intuitive.
How to set up the water bladder tube magnet attachment
1. Attach the magnetic mount to your trail bag's chest clip rack.
2. Attach the upper part of the magnet on the tube of your water bladder close to the hydration bite valve.
3. At the start of the race, place the tube attachment magnet onto the magnetic mount. 4. During the race, grab the bite valve, drink and bring the bite valve close to the bite valve - it will reattach itself automatically and intuitively.
Weight and diameter of the tube
The magnetic tube attachment weighs 10 grammes. It can be adapted to the tubes of Decathlon water bladders of a diameter of around 8.5 to 9mm.
