Swimming goggle maintenance and precautions:

1. After use, soak the goggles in clean water for about 15-30 minutes, drain and shake off the water, and then place them in a cool place to air dry.
2. Do not touch the mirror surface with your fingertips/paper towels/towels or other objects to avoid scratching.
3. Avoid exposing your swimming goggles to the sun, as the anti-fog function will be lost when exposed to heat.
4. If the anti-fog function gradually decreases, you can use anti-fog liquid to supplement/enhance the anti-fog function.

Swimming goggle wearing instruction

1. Lower your head slightly and put on the swimming goggles
2. Make sure the belt and mirror are in a horizontal position
3. Make sure the eye gel is close to the eye area
4. If necessary, remove the goggles and adjust the tightness before putting them back on
