Usage Method
Freeze Sleeve treats sore muscles and joints by transferring cold/heat to your skin and muscle tissue as it absorbs your body heat.
The length of time the cold/heat is transferred to your body is specifically calibrated for the recommended therapy duration.
COLD THERAPY
Place your Freeze Sleeve™ inside the freezer in the provided bag (or any resealable freezer bag) for a minimum of two (2) hours.
Your Freeze Sleeve™ may be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready for use.
Your Freeze Sleeve™ will remain flexible even at -20°F (-29°C).
Remove your Freeze Sleeve™ prior to defrosting the freezer.
Note: Always store your Freeze Sleeve™ in a sealed recyclable bag while in freezer.
Turn down your freezer to the lowest setting to achieve maximum cold duration.
HEAT THERAPY
To heat, remove your Freeze Sleeve™ from storage bag.
Microwave for 30 seconds, then hold your Freeze Sleeve™ firmly against the skin.
Your Freeze Sleeve™ should feel warm to the touch not hot.
Reheat in 10 second increments until the desired temperature is reached.
All microwaves vary, adjust times accordingly.

Sized at 12" X 17" to cover large muscle groups in various parts of the body.
The FreezeSleeve Flat Pak is an extra-large hot or cold compress.
Simply place it onto the area that needs relief, such as your back, shoulders, hips, knees and more to help relieve joint and muscular discomfort.

Are the products waterproof?
Our products are NOT waterproof.
They are made of a scientifically formulated hydro-based gel and cased in a latex-free fabric that is antimicrobial, antibacterial as well as non-toxic.
If you get the product wet, the gel could dissolve.
How do I clean my product?
To clean the sleeves, we recommend using an antibacterial wipe.
Apply directly to the fabric and allow the sleeve to air dry before placing it back in the freezer.
Can the sleeves be used during exercise?
Our products are intended to be used as post workout/surgery therapy.
They are not intended to be used during exercise.
Are the sleeves used for support?
Our sleeves are not intended to offer support.
The 360 degree Hot/Cold Therapy Sleeve is designed to hold the sleeve in place providing mobile recovery.
How do I properly wear the sleeve?
Always slide the sleeve on with wide end at the top.
The black threading should always be at the bottom to ensure maximum fit and compression.
