Suggested Use:
Add one rounded scoop of Gold Standard to a glass filled with 6-8oz of water or your favourite beverage. Then mix it up with a spoon. Stir for 30 seconds until powder is fully dissolved.
For shaker cup, pour 6-8 oz of your beverage and then add one round scoop. Cover and shake for 25-30 seconds
