A board that requires a very good level of shortboarding due to its smaller volume. Its favourite waves are powerful and reach from waist to head height.
This surfboard is sold without fins to allow you to install your FCS2 performance fins.
Construction
Handmade in laminated and slatted resin
EPS (Expansed polystyrene) foam block 30 kg /m2
Epoxy resin
2 layers of fibreglass fabric on top 1 x 6 oz reinforcement and 1 x 4 oz layer
1 x 4 oz layer underneath
4 oz reinforcement patch on fin plug
Innegra reinforcement on the tail
Unidirectional carbon reinforcement strip.
5 mm paulownia wood stringer.
3 x FCS2 honeycomb plug.
The advantages of EPS/EPOXY boards
We chose this type of construction for our surfboards, because it offers numerous advantages.
Epoxy resin is more resistant to impacts and crushing than polyester resin.
The board is more reactive and can gather more speed
The EPS foam (expanded polystyrene) floats better, meaning that, for the same volume, you have more buoyancy than with a polyester /polyurethane board.

Tail: squash to facilitate pivoting of the board.
Single concave hull to generate speed.
Strong kick tail for tight turns. Medium front rocker for good take-off in the waves.
Protective cover
The board has a Flexi Hex® honeycomb case inside a sturdy box.
This case is reusable in your surfing cover to protect it while transporting.
Warranty
2 years excluding breaking in half, breaking off the fins, bumps, and nicks.
