Why organic cotton?
Organic cotton is grown without the use of chemicals. Organic farming methods have been specifically designed to reduce the impact on the environment. It helps preserve biodiversity and soil fertility, and reduces the risk of polluting groundwater tables.
With our heathered colours, we take eco-friendly design even further: the leggings are made from 70% organic cotton and 30% recycled cotton
What is prenatal yoga?
Prenatal yoga sessions focus on breathing techniques and physical poses that will help pregnant women before, during and after birth. Teachers provide pregnant yogis with different equipment to help them comfortably do poses that will train their strength and flexibility to get them ready to give birth.
The benefits of prenatal yoga:
There are several! Increased muscle strength, endurance and flexibility to get you ready to give birth. Improved sleep. Pain relief for your lower back. Reduced stress and anxiety. Better concentration. In short, doing yoga during pregnancy is very much a good idea!
A rating to compare the environmental impact of products
A product's environmental impact is calculated for its entire life cycle using various indicators. An "ABCDE" rating system has been created to help you quickly see which products offer the best environmental performance. Use it to compare two similar products (T-shirts, bottoms, backpacks).
Decathlon actively promotes this visible environmental rating policy.
