The material is not gentle on the skin, it restricts bending, inside the elbow is really uncomfortable because of the crumpling of the tough material - don’t buy it!
And my skin came up with a rash, even though I’ve never had allergic reactions to rubber before. I already have a simple elasticated band to put on around my forearm muscle which was no problem, and thought some protection over the edge of my elbow would help. It didn’t.

I bought elbow guards and the stiches on the guards have started coming off in just 3 uses!! Even the fabric on the guard has started wearing off and shows pollens. I am disappointed with Decathalon products since past few products that I have bought. The quality has not been upto the par and the customer service also has been dismall. I will refrain from buying Decathalon products and will also suggest other buyers against it. I wanted to attach the photos of the faulty product but it seems Decathalon has deliberately not kept that option for customers to upload the photos.

I purchase this for a pain in my arm while playing Shuttle and it has stopped completely after i started using this... highly recommended for people with golfers elbow
