One comment on the product: the pants are very inflexible and don’t allow much knee bending!

It must be frustrating when you were seeking help/advice but no one was responding.
As a store manager I continuously address this issue with the team, because sometimes they are working in the layout or following up on some stuff that are not in the main aisle.
It is crucial for our team to be aware that even though we have things to follow up, customers is always our first priority: to be visible and available to offer help.
I am going to share this with the team, to reinforce the importance of being available on the floor, with clear communication with the team if they need to be away from the sales area to ensure a good service coverage.
