Your logistics whatsap support did not provide enough support when SF was not able to deliver. I had to call up SF myself and rearrange.
And SF is horrible with delivery. The driver called once and I was unable to answer. I called back 10 times, but he didnt answer. Then SF rearranged the delivery date. It didnt deliver on the specify date. And their online estimate delivery date and time kept on postponing. In the end it delivered 10pm on a Sunday evening, with NO beforehand calls or updates online.
Please subcon your logistics to another company. I have had numerous bad experience with SF.
