Kayak / SUP Maintenance
Decathlon HK would provide free maintenance service and replacement of defective parts of our kayak and stand-up paddel products. Verified by our Sport Leaders, the eligible products should be within the maintenance period and under normal use.

NEED OUR PROFESSIONAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES?
Any Product is non-refundable after 1 year of purchase. The Product shall be returned in good resellable condition including, but not limited to, returning with all accessories, no stains, no scratches, no peculiar smell, clean and dry without sand or stone, to ensure a refund (except for the Product with a manufacturing defect or damaged during shipment). If you would like to do a product test, please contact the Sport Leaders of the Company.
You should inflate and check the inflatable Product before getting it into water. If there is any quality issue, please contact the Sport Leaders of the Company for enquiry or exchange. (Please be reminded that every Product which is inflatable has their own level of inflation; over-inflation is likely to case a leak.
All damaged Products will be sent to the maintenance center for inspection and repair. If the Product cannot be repaired, it will be exchanged for the same model of Product, which may have been displayed. If the Company is not able to provide the same model of Product or its spare parts, the Company may replace the Product with another model. On this occasion, the Sport Leaders of the Company will communicate with you in advance.
All Products must be washed and dried before sending to maintenance. The Company is not responsible for moldy products or related issues.
You shall at your own cost and expense deliver the Product in person to the Tseung Kwan O Store of the Company. Thereafter, you shall fill in an application form for maintenance, exchange or refund service. The Sport Leaders of the Company will do a basic check immediately. All visible damages or stains will be marked on the application form. A signed copy will be given to you.
After the inspection by the maintenance center, the Sport Leaders of the Company will contact you and inform of the duration of repairs, broken/malfunctioned parts, maintenance fee (if applicable), etc. The maintenance is only available at the Tseung Kwan O Store. The duration of repairs follows the work programme to be arranged by the Company. "

Any damage or loss arising out of or in connection with any maintenance or repair carried out by any person other than the Company.
Any installation, operation, maintenance or repair of the Product which does not follow the instructions in the installation or operation manual.
Any damage or loss caused by man-made, misuse, abuse, neglect, excessive erosion or rust, unauthorised repair or modification, wear and tear, accidents, natural disasters, or other events beyond the Company’s control.
Use under hazardous conditions.
The Terms and Conditions are applicable only to the genuine goods from the Company and its authorised dealers in Hong Kong.
As to enjoy the maintenance encompassing after-sales service of repairs and replacements of parts, you shall produce the receipt or purchase record of the Product in your member account.
The warranty is effective from the purchase date shown on the aforesaid receipt or purchase record, with a 2-years warranty, during which the Company provides Product maintenance free of charge. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein contained, such maintenance does not include any materials cost for which you are responsible. The materials cost is particularised in the Price List hereinbelow that the Company may change at any given time with or without notification.
The maintenance will be determined by different product models and issues. The Product will be sent to the service center for professional judgment.
The Company reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the Company's final decision.
In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
