Worst purchase experience ever!!!
The system shows the product has been delivered to me but I never received the product. Delivery person says the product has to be returned because the phone number is wrong, although the address is correct. Why can’t he just leave the product at the address? Why can’t the system use a correct phone number??? I tried to contact the company phone number provided but nobody answered it, ever!!! Such a waste of time!!! I bought the product with the hope of receiving it in 3-5 working days as shown on your website. Pls make it happen!!!

I have been using Decathlon products for the last 3 to 4 years, and very recently I have purchased a few things from Online.
In the last purchase, I ordered 4 Phants/Jogging tracks which 1 was a very big size and one was XXL size, secondly the quality of 1 Phant is very poor and it got bruised on the first day itself after the wash.
I seriously wanted to return that both Phants, it was very bad experience in Online shopping with Decathlon.
