I ordered the product at your shop in Telford Plaza. I had specifically enquired whether delivery could be made in the evening as I had to work and there would be no person at home during daytime. The sale told me that delivery could be arranged after 6 pm. However, on the scheduled day of delivery, I received a phone call from Kerry, your company's delivery agent, saying that they would deliver the product to my home that morning. I told the person that I had asked for delivery after 6 pm but that person said their company did not make any delivery after 6 pm, which was completely different from what your sale told me at the shop! The person further said that I should not ever trust the word of a sale - which in fact is very true!!! That person then said she would report to Kerry to see if they could put the product in the self pick up box in Tsuen Wan West MTR. That meant I had to move the product from the MTR to my home but I thought that was still acceptable. I waited for their phone call for days and finally get a call from Kerry asking me again whether I would be at home during daytime to collect the product. I said "no" and told them the story again. They said they had to check whether they could arrange self pick up. I then received a call from them again saying that the self pick up box in Tsuen Wan West MTR was not big enough and they could only arrange a box near the Tsuen Wan Town Hall. I said there was no way I could move the product from there to my home. They said they had to check again and so I waited for their call again. I finally got another call from them telling me that they could arrange Saturday delivery. If Saturday delivery is an option, why couldn't they say so earlier and save all these hassle.
From the long message above, you could imagine how disappointed I am.
